Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok (or a pan). Stir-fry 200g sirloin steak (sliced). Pour 1 sachet of Wok Sauce “chilli & Thai basil�. Add some cut-up vegetables (such as broccoli florets, baby corn or cherry tomatoes). Simmer and stir occasionally until cooked through. Garnish with fresh basil and serve with rice or pasta.

Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok (or a pan). Stir-fry 8 prawns (or 200g chicken breast). Pour 1 sachet of Wok Sauce “coconut & tamarind�. Add some cut-up vegetables (such as green beans, diced carrots or sliced onions). Simmer and stir occasionally until cooked through. Serve with rice or pasta.

(diced) Add 30g of cashew nuts (unsalted). Simmer and stir occasionally until cooked through. Serve with rice or pasta.
