Wok Sauce

Chilli & Thai Basil A spicy stir-fry sauce with the Thai holy basil as the star flavour of the show! Net weight: 100g | Serves 2 Units / case: 6

Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok (or a pan). Stir-fry 200g sirloin steak (sliced). Pour 1 sachet of Wok Sauce “chilli & Thai basil�. Add some cut-up vegetables (such as broccoli florets, baby corn or cherry tomatoes). Simmer and stir occasionally until cooked through. Garnish with fresh basil and serve with rice or pasta.

Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok (or a pan). Stir-fry 8 prawns (or 200g chicken breast). Pour 1 sachet of Wok Sauce “coconut & tamarind�. Add some cut-up vegetables (such as green beans, diced carrots or sliced onions). Simmer and stir occasionally until cooked through. Serve with rice or pasta.

Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok (or a pan). Stir-fry 200g chicken breast (sliced). Pour 1 sachet of Wok Sauce “chilli & coconut sugar”. Add ½ onion (sliced) and ½ bell pepper (diced). (diced) Add 30g of cashew nuts (unsalted). Simmer and stir occasionally until cooked through. Serve with rice or pasta.
