For you as the Seller, we conduct a Competitive Market Analysis of your property. This CMA is reviewed to establish a listing price. A listing agreement is executed and all information on the property is confirmed. At this point, we are ready to market your property for sale. We enter property data in MLS services. Print advertising is prepared and placed in publications. Professional photographs are taken and posted to Internet websites both nationally and internationally. Professional floor-plans are created for marketing purposes. Open house schedules for both brokers and buyers are prepared and conducted on a regular basis. Corporate relocation mailings are sent out. Appointments are arranged with all cooperating agents with prompt feedback to you. All offers are secured in writing and relayed to you promptly.
