How the listing process works

 For you as the Seller, we conduct a Competitive Market Analysis of your property. This CMA is reviewed to establish a listing price.  A listing agreement is executed and all information on the property is confirmed. At this point, we are ready to market your property for sale.  We enter property data in MLS services. Print advertising is prepared and placed in publications.  Professional photographs are taken and posted to Internet websites both nationally and internationally.  Professional floor-plans are created for marketing purposes.  Open house schedules for both brokers and buyers are prepared and conducted on a regular basis. Corporate relocation mailings are sent out.  Appointments are arranged with all cooperating agents with prompt feedback to you.  All offers are secured in writing and relayed to you promptly. We provide you with guidance on all incoming offers and negotiate counter offers (where applicable) on your behalf.  We schedule the closing and attend property inspections.  We work on your behalf!
