The South End is one of the most beloved and popular neighborhoods in the City. It’s iconic brick rowhouses were the first in the nation; add a rich social, shopping and dining scene and it’s no wonder there are so many “lifers!” The number of condos sold year-overyear for the fourth quarter decreased 53%. The average sales price increased slightly. The ratio of sale to list price (this is the amount buyers can expect to pay) dropped a bit. We are looking forward to seeing more inventory coming on soon, hopefully! There are currently 67 condos on the market with an average list price of $1,605,651.
