New Advisor Package I On-Boarding Advisors are provided with the necessary tools to begin their business as an Engel & Völkers Advisor as soon as they come on board. ADVISOR PORTRAITS- UNDERSTANDING THE IMPORTANCE OF A GREAT FIRST IMPRESSION Professional head shots are designed to forge a positive first impression and establish a connection. Upon supplying a professional image, an advisor will receive 9 digital images cropped and placed on the Engel & Völkers shop interior background ready to use in print and web.

Engel & Völkers will automatically upload the appropriate images so they are available on: - The company website: evrealestate.com - The shop website: boston.evrealestate.com - The Advisor website home page slider: valeriepost.evusa.com Understanding the importance of a great first impression, E&V has created guidelines for Advisor portraits in an effort to ensure consistent high quality images. We highly recommend the use of a professional photographer when taking head shots. PHOTO SPECIFICATIONS: - In Color - No less than 300 dpi - Seamless, white background only - Adequate lighting ATTIRE: - Professional business attire - Dark colored business suits and lightcolored shirts - Solid colors only, no stripes or patterns

POSE: - Center of frame, waist up, include both shoulders - Right or left shoulder forward looking straight ahead, smiling - Arms at side, free or on hips - Body language should express open, welcoming and confident


E&V Email and World IPS Step 1 - Log into E&V World IPS 1. Log into your World IPS at: login.evrealestate.com 2. Click on ‘Sign in with Google’ 3. Enter your Engel & Völkers Google Email Address: gillian.colman@engelvoelkers.com (example) 4. Then enter your E&V Login 5. User name: ColmanGi (example) Last name, first two letters of your first name 6. Password:arzakbzd (random password that will be given to you) 7. Accept Google’s Terms of Service Step 2 - Update your E&V Login and Gmail password 1. Click on the Profile Picture on the top right of the screen 2. Click on “Change Password” 3. Update your password and click on Save 4. To set up your recovery password, review this documentation here: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/7682439?hl=en Step 3 - E&V Email 1. Use IPS (login.evrealestate.com) or gmail.com (you will need to log in a second time if going to Gmail direct) 2. When logging into Gmail, when you get the secondary E&V log in screen: a. User name: Colmangi (example) Last name, first two letters of your first name b. PW: your new password 3. Once in your email please change your time zone and language and create your signature. You can use mine (just remember to change any hyperlinks). 4. Your actual email is first.last@engelvoelkers.com. (Please note the “e” in “Voelkers”). You will need to use this to log into certain websites, but E&V provides an easier address for North American advisors to give to others. Just use the alias first.last@evrealestate.com when you give out your email or “send from” in Gmail.

E&V IPS - Intranet/ Backend - To log into the EV intranet go to: https://ips.evipscloud.com/ - You will log into this with your full email address first.last@engelvoelkers.com and your email password - Here you can manage listings, social media marketing, print marketing, E&V merchandise, listing presentation tools, brand central and much more!

You will receive invitations to join the shared office folder as well as your own private folder. Please download the corresponding app on each of your devices. When using the app, it will work seamlessly to synchronize to each device (like Dropbox). Letterhead: Engel & Völkers does not have an office letterhead. Each advisor has their own personal letterhead with their collaborative logo (or if applicable, their team logo). You will be provided with an editable version in the office Sync folder. Signage: Yard and sidewalks signs can be ordered with your collaborative logo. There are no generic office signs or sign riders. Don’t wait until you get a listing to think about signage. There are also weekly virtual sales trainings on Thursdays at 1:00pm and virtual Lunch and Learns with Gillian (centering around marketing and tools) every Wednesday at noon. NEW ADVISOR BIO Q&A FORM

Showcasing a winning advisor biography is an important part of making a lasting first impression and gives you the opportunity to immediately communicate with potential customers. The New Advisor Bio Q&A questionnaire should be used as a guideline when creating your bio. How many years of real estate experience do you have? As a real estate agent, what would you consider your specialties? In which markets do you specialize? Why did you become a real estate advisor? What makes you different from all of the other agents in your market? What licensing, certifications, rewards, or recognitions and successes should we include? Provide the city and state you current live in as well as cities and states (countries) in which you have previously lived. Describe personal interests, hobbies or specialties to include. If real estate was not your first career, what did you do prior to real estate?

Advisor Mobile App The E&V Mobile App is free to you at no additional cost. It is a custom Smarter Agent app and available after your photos are approved and active. To access your mobile app, text EVfirstnameLastname (EVGillianColman) to 844-878-4445. From the app you and clients can easily view things like closest homes for sale, closest rentals, open houses, new listings, price changes, and custom searches. You may also: Include in your email signature line: “To download my mobile app: http://app.evrealestate.com/EVgilliancolman/ Include on listing sheets a QR code or link: “To download my mobile app: http://app.evrealestate.com/EVgilliancolman/ Include your mobile app link in Social Media. Share your mobile app in person at an open house.

Social Media Social media is a vital part of marketing yourself and your business, creating deeper relationships and furthering your reach. The key is to identify the right social media channels that best support your business strategies, reach your ideal audience and are efficiently manageable. It’s better to manage fewer channels and accounts well versus trying to be everywhere at once.
