The laboratory where I worked in Zaragoza was linked to the defunct company DIETÉTICOS ULTA, whose founder and president was Fernando Cuenca Villoro. My boss was Francisco Grande Covián, a recognized and well-known biochemist and an expert in nutrition. While we were living in Zaragoza we discovered La Laguna de Gallocanta, it was full of water and birds. I am passionate about birds, so we decided to buy and renovate an old parish house. After four years working in Zaragoza, we back to Glasgow but we returned to Berrueco every year on holidays. Now we are retired, so we spend part of the year here.
