It all started in 2005...
when three good friends from Manitoba shared a common dream of owning their own business. They owned cottages at Sunset Beach and they all loved to entertain. It was only natural that they would form a food company that would combine great food with great friends – Sunset Gourmet. Be it Sunday dinner with the family or a cocktail party for friends, Sunset Gourmet products will provide you with a simple way to add a gourmet touch. ½ cup white wine

Pepper, to taste 16-20 peeled and deveined shrimp 1 can crab (optional) Spinach & Herb Mix Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil, add linguine pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes; drain. In a large skillet over medium heat combine Crab Lover's Dip with cream and white wine, season with pepper. Reduce heat and cook 6-8 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 5 minutes. Add crab, heat for additional 2 minutes and serve over hot linguine. Sprinkle with Spinach & Herb Mix.

Cupcakes with Mashed Potato Icing
Sauce: ½ cup Anna Mae's Smoky Sweet Oven & Grill Sauce /3 cup Raspberry Honey Mustard
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1
½ cup stock of choice
¼ cup Thai Chili Roasted Garlic Sauce
(Beef, Chicken, Vegetable, etc.)
2 cups Sweet & Spicy Brown Sugar Bourbon Sauce Sharp cheddar cheese (optional) Season pork roast with salt and pepper on all sides. Place sliced onions on the bottom of slow cooker that has been coated with non-stick spray. Pour stock over onions. Top with pork roast. Cook on low for 6 hours or until pork pulls apart easily with a fork. Remove roast to a cutting board and shred with two forks. Return the pork to the crock pot and stir into the onions. Add Sweet & Spicy Brown Sugar Bourbon Sauce and stir to combine. Heat for additional ½ hour. Serve on sandwich buns with aged sharp cheddar cheese and side of coleslaw. Optional: Buy pre-shredded pulled pork and heat through with onion, stock, and Sweet & Spicy Brown Sugar Bourbon Sauce. Cook on low for 1-2 hours in slow cooker.
2 Tbsp brown sugar
Meatballs: 1 lb ground beef 2 tsp Spinach & Herb Mix 1 egg 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 2 tsp Oh! So Garlic 1 tsp Sunset Seasoned Salt ½ cup fine bread crumbs Prepare sauce by mixing all ingredients and set aside. Blend all meatball ingredients and form into cupcake size meatballs. Press into muffin tins and top with prepared sauce. Bake at 350oF for 20 minutes. Ice the meatloaf cupcakes with warm mashed potatoes and bake for another 10 minutes until the tops have browned. 15

Recipe Raspberry Trifle Prepared vanilla pudding (454 g) Ladyfingers, unfilled 6 Tbsp Hot Pepper Raspberry Preserves 12 Amaretti cookies, coarsely crushed, (about 1 cup)
2 Tbsp almonds, slivered and toasted 1 cup whipping cream 2 Tbsp powdered sugar To assemble, place ¼ cup of pudding in bottom of small trifle glass bowls. Spread flat sides of ladyfingers with Hot Pepper Raspberry Preserves. Top with the remaining finger, flat side down. Add an additional ¼ cup of pudding and additional Hot Pepper Raspberry Preserves. Sprinkle with the amaretti cookie crumbs, then almonds. Whip the cream and garnish. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
