Thank you for your interest in VapeBlowout 2015! July 25th 2015 Allen County Fairground-Lima Ohio The following are just some of the ways you can get involved in VapeBlowout 2015. We will be offering several different options to meet your needs. Please look over what we have to offer at the moment, and if you have any special needs or ideas we can certainly take them into consideration. Space will be on a first come, first serve basis and this may not reflect the current availability of spaces. VIP PACKAGE $2250 USD - 10'X20 Includes everything included in normal vendor space PLUS: - 6 vendor passes (not in addition to vendor passes) -Name listed on print advertising and also mentioned in radio spots -Listed on website as VIP -Day before event setup -Daily plug on Vape Blowout facebook (Donations for giveaways recommended for additional likes on your facebook page) -Access to VIP only area -Prime Location near entrance to the venue (or pick an available location that suits you better)


-Sit down interview by “PawPaw” and aired live on vapers.tv -Shout outs by “PawPaw” on vapers.tv on a regular basis leading up to event - Interview by “PawPaw” one time before event -Banner Space outside of Venue* -Free SWAG BAG item and brochure insert Vendor Space: (10X10) 8’ table with a 10’x10’ space $700.00 Wifi and electric available at every space. (Vendor might want to bring extension cords) Pipe and drape included 4 vendor passes Chance to be interviewed by PawPaw and aired live on Vapers.tv We also offer a two payment option with a $400.00 non-refundable deposit to hold your space and $400.00 due 45 days before the event.

(Vendor might want to bring extension cords) Pipe and drape included 6 vendor passes Chance to be interviewed by PawPaw and aired live on Vapers.tv We also offer a two payment options with a $650.00 non-refundable deposit to hold your space and $650.00 due 45 days before the event.

Swag Bags Swag bags will be given to the first 100 people to enter the event. For $25 you may provide 100 items and brochures/fliers to be placed in swag bags.

Vendors may begin setting up the day of the event at 9:00am and are expected to be completely set up by 11:30am. Event runs from 12:00pm to 7:00pm. All vendors MUST remain set up until completion of the event at 7:00pm. You are responsible for cleaning up your entire area. Additional charges may apply if area is not cleaned. Pipe and Drape will be provided as well as tables and chairs. If you are going to join us, we ask that you send us your logo in a .png format to marketing@evaporhut.com Discounted hotel rooms will be available for purchase‌more info coming soon. Full electric camping spots available on location (contact fairgrounds) VIP Vendors: Banner Space outside of Venue*- You may hang up a banner outside of venue on the large fence for the world to see. You are responsible for removing at the end of the night.
