A WORD FROM US The second quarter in the Atlanta real estate market has brought plenty of positive statistics. On the following pages of this report you will find a cohesive set of data points which help showcase current market conditions in the condominium, townhome and single family home markets of areas within Cobb, DeKalb, & Fulton counties. Overall, the second quarter of 2019 has brought a slight increase to the supply levels within the housing market; however, supply levels remain well below stable market conditions, which translates to a 6 month timeline to sell all of the homes on the market. As home values increase, more and more home owners are trying to capitalize on the increase in equity from their homes. Economic conditions in Atlanta such as population growth and a minimal unemployment rate have helped this amazing city thrive in an expansionary time.
