A WORD FROM US

Similar to the first half of 2019, the Atlanta real estate market continues to display robust market conditions with supply levels remaining below stable market conditions in most price points as we are still in need of more supply to meet demand. Inside this report you will find data for the condominium, townhome and single family home markets of areas within Cobb, Dekalb and Fulton counties. We continue to be in a seller’s market with some properties selling quickly and with multiple offers. Inventory is still needed for the market segment of $500k and under. The middle tier market which includes $500,000 to $1 million is a normalized market averaging 6 months of supply translating to a 6 month time period to sell all of the homes in this price tier. The luxury market is a buyer’s or seller’s market based on the particular area or city. Economic conditions in Atlanta remain positive with a steady influx of people and companies relocating to the area with continued job growth and historically low interest rates for financing.
