Having fine-tuned her blueprint for strategic marketing implementations with early practices beginning in 2002, Christa has become the real estate industry’s go-to leader for creative marketing strategy and execution from the ground up. Christa is one of the few real estate brokers in the industry with a comprehensive understanding of a successful approach to sales, integrated with a thoughtful and informed marketing approach, and one with the keen ability to analyze, pivot, and creatively direct outward-facing initiatives that support the overarching goal.
Christa’s diverse experience in the marketing arena has provided her a unique perspective, and her skills have proven to be invaluable in new project launches, revival of existing marketing campaigns, brand development, and ongoing brand management. BRAND IDEA, Connectivity
The theme that comes up again and again when looking at what makes 40 West 12th distinct from other Atlantan properties is the principle of connectivity. The fact that the design of the buildings facilitates personal interactions between people, whether they be friends, neighbors or clients. And that the buildings feature the kind of state-of-the-art smart tech that allows instant global communication whenever you want it. Not to mention the location right at the center of all the action, which led us to the over-arching concept for our design. We took direct inspiration from the two buildings themselves, noticing how the lines and lattices of their superstructure linked together and crossed over, suggesting in their very construction the idea of connectivity. A simplified version of those superstructures forms the basis of our graphic treatment, as you’ll see in the following pages.
