I will begin working with you on your event two months prior to your wedding to pull together the logistics of your details. In addition to working with your vendors, we’ll also create your timelines and other important directives to execute your wedding day. You’ll be free to enjoy your wedding day with our staff on hand to attend to the full production of your event. This Collection includes: -

Why should I hire a wedding planner? Let’s face it, engagements and weddings are beautiful! However, the planning process is not. Planning a wedding can be stressful, overwhelming, and time consuming. Most couples are working professionals who simply do not have the time to dedicate to planning a wedding. Your wedding is one of the most important, emotional, and expensive events in your life. You want it to be perfect, therefore time to correctly plan is a must. This is where a wedding planner comes in. Having an experienced professional handling your wedding can result in a wedding day that meets the expectations of your dreams. The bottom line is, you have nothing to lose, but everything to gain by having a planner on your side. When should I hire a planner? While it’s never too early or too late to hire a planner, to get the best experience you want to hire one directly following your engagement. Do you offer payment plans? Yes. Once I'm in receipt of your retainer; I will gladly set you up on a monthly payment plan.
What separates you from all the other wedding planners out there? Events with Ambiance is a full-service, full-time wedding planning and design company. This is not a hobby or side-job, it is my professional career. Frankly, I don’t know how any planner or coordinator can do this part-time, it really is a 50+ hour per week job. I only take a limited number of events per year and I am very specific about the type of bride and groom I want to work with. I am more concerned with the connection between myself and my client being a good fit than accumulating a volume of clients. Also my years of experience in the hospitality industry as a server, bartender and Event Captain has afforded me the insight on how to create a unique and memorable experience for my wedding couples.

My wedding venue comes with a coordinator. Do I really need to hire one on my own? A lot of brides find themselves confused about the role of their site coordinator vs. their Wedding Planner. Simply put, as helpful and vital as a site coordinator is, they work for the venue. I work for YOU, the bride. I have your best interest at heart at all times. As your wedding planner, I will work closely with you prior to your big day to fully understand your vision, and work along side you to make it a reality. It is also my role to manage the set up and time line of other contracted vendors such as your photographer, florist, and DJ. This is typically not a job that is assumed by a site coordinator.
Do you take more than one wedding per day? No, I do not. We work as a team. When you hire Events with Ambiance, you don’t just hire me, you hire the whole team. In order to give you the time and attention you deserve on your special day I do not book more than one wedding per day.
