About the company:

Lindsay’s Still Room is a family run business in the heart of Derbyshire. We are passionate about providing you with a large quantity of homemade drinks.

Lindsay started in November 2012, making Mulled Wine. Armed with a small pan, a hand full of spices and an enthusiasm to create something different, it was a natural progression from drinking mulled wine to making it!

Lindsay’s Still Room specialises in producing small batches of the highest quality drinks that are exclusive. We sell direct to our customers through local and regional food fairs, via our website and also through independent retailers.

New product development

We are passionate about supporting local business’ and therefore local economy. We source our ingredients, materials, packaging and spices through local, regional and UK companies and try hard to support the Fairtrade movement wherever possible.

Placed in the top 100 Mumpreneurs in 2013.

Uses real spices and ingredients as opposed to flavourings.


Current Product Range: Summer Rhubarb and Rosemary Sour A delicious blend of premium gin, fresh lemon juice with home-made rhubarb and rosemary syrup. Available in 750ml or 250ml. 12% abv Serving suggestions: Great as a sour over ice. Add 1 part sour, 1 part soda water to make a Rhubarb Collins. Or 1 part sour, 2 part Prosecco for a sparkling cocktail. Testimonials: “This is amazing! Such an original drink and so versatile. My favourite is the Prosecco cocktail” M. McCombe

Raspberry & Mint Martini A divine blend of premium vodka, dry vermouth, fresh raspberry juice and homemade mint syrup. Available in 750ml and 250ml. 12% abv Serving suggestions: Chill or shake with ice in a cocktail shaker. Pour into a martini glass and decorate with a few raspberries for an extra touch of glamour. Elderflower & Cucumber Mojito A refreshing blend of premium rum, fresh lime juice, elderflower juice with home-made cucumber and mint syrup. Available in 750ml or 250ml. 12% abv Serving suggestions: Serve over ice, add a dash of soda water to taste and decorate with cucumber and mint. Testimonials: “Perfect for a summer’s day. Cherry Cosmopolitan An enticing blend of premium vodka, triple sec, cherry juice with a hint of orange zest. Available in 750ml and 250ml. 12% abv Serving suggestions: Chill or shake with ice in a cocktail shaker. Pour into a martini glass and decorate with a cherry or slice of orange zest for an extra touch of glamour. Testimonials: “I recently bought a bottle last week and I have drunk it already. It was gorgeous! I love drinks like this and have tried loads but this one was miles better. I cannot recommend it highly enough”. L Swan

Current Product Range: Winter Available for delivery from November 1st) Classic Mulled Wine Our very popular Mulled Wine is a blend of full bodied red wine, fresh squeezed orange juice, lemon, cinnamon and cloves. Available in 750ml and 250ml. 10% abv Serving suggestions: Heat gently in a saucepan. Do not boil! Add a dash of Brandy or Amaretto. Testimonials: “I just keep coming back for more! Mulled White Wine This fruity white wine has been blended with peach and pear juice, cinnamon, cloves and bay leaf, making this a delicious alternative to classic Mulled Wine. Available in 750ml or 250ml. 10% abv Serving suggestions: Heat gently in a saucepan. Do not boil! Testimonials: “I am not a fan of red wine, so this is perfect for me. Mulled Port Rich and warming, this Ruby Port has been infused with orange zest, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and mace.

• Due to a high level of demand a non- alcoholic mulled wine will be launched in November 2014 in time for Christmas. • Followed by a non-alcoholic mocktail in spring 2015, to compliment our summer range.
