IN THIS MONTH... Hi everyone, fourth month in England!! And near the fifth month. I have been in the midterm train in Wales, Cardiff. It has been very useful for me but at the same time thoughtful and touching. Is a weird feeling to think that we are near to “the end”, isn’t it? I think we have to do the Intercultural Dinner we thought at the beginning as soon as we can... By the way I encourage you all to go to Wales. It’s an absolutely amazing place. Beautiful sea side, gentle and tender people, “warm weather”…

RECIPE OF THE MONTH: Gazpacho “Salmorejo”
I will share this month with you my favourite dish for summer, when it’s hot (and actually we are having really warm days) for me, is the best think I can have. Ingredients: Tomato 2kg. Onion 1 Cucumber 1 Garlic 1 (optional) Green pepper 1 Carrot 1 (optional) Olive oil Salt Vinegar (a bit) Water Cumin (a bit) “Salmorejo”: Egg Jam Tomato
Process: Put all the ingredients, raw, in a big bowl, you have to blend everything whilst adding water slowly till you have a cream/soup. You have to put it in the fridge for a while and you can drink it as a “juice” or eat it with a spoon as creamy as you want to make it. There’s a traditional variation in the south of Spain, they call it “Salmorejo”. It’s a bit thicker, (just less water) and it has some added boiled egg, and chopped jam and tomato on the top.

I find this Festival interesting just because the name of the Festival attracts my attention, I saw it announced at Brudenell Social Club. And it will take place in the grounds of a Domesday-listed abbey, close to Sherwood Forest. The Festival is organised by the same team that organises the festival called “End of the Road”.
It is very expensive but ‘Leeds Brudenell Social Club’ will have a pair of tickets to give away to one lucky winner, who knows? maybe it can be us.
You have to send an email to: ndhcomp@ gmail.com with your name, your mobile number and the answers to the following question(s): What is the name of the The main stage will be built by a lake and as Sheffield legend headlining Sunday night at the organisation says it has very nice views the festival?
