During your project, you will have to create a comic page about your Leonardo experience. Don’t worry, we will help you: you just have to take some pictures and write paragraphs, bring them with you at your return for the evaluation meeting at the office and we will edit it together! There are only 8 boxes to fill: About me, Motivation, The project place, the project activities, Free Time, Accomodation, What did I learn .
What should you do? For each box you will only have to take/select 2 pictures (4 for the project activities part) and write a very short paragraph of maximum 30 words.
On the next pages you will find more information for each box, on How to take the pictures and which kind of pictures.

Paragraphs: Each paragraph need to be very short (30 words maximum).
To give you an idea, this sentence is 30 words long: ‘‘Professionally, I have learned a lot. For example I have learned how to work with wood and metal. I know now what I would like to do in the future.’’
Pictures: We are looking for pictures of you, in action, not looking at the camera.
Do not hesitate to ask other people (your tutor for example) to take a picture of you in action. Every picture will go on square boxes, so it is very important that when your take a pictures you try to shoot the action like if it was in a square image. For example: This picture is perfect because there is nothing interesting/ important in the red part. All the action happens in the square.
NOTE from RAPHAEL : I need to write a paragraph on another page with 5 advices on how to take a good picture.
1) To fill during the first week of your project:
About me
Write a paragraph (30 word maximum) about yourself: Your name, age, where you are from, your situation before the Leonardo (unemployed, student...)
PICTURES: For this part, please take/select 2 pictures of yourself (only you on the picture, front view) during your Free Time, looking or not at the Camera
Motivation
Write a paragraph (30 word maximum) about your motivation. Why did you decide to take part in a Leonardo project and in this project in particular? (personally, professionally)
PICTURES: For this part, please take/select 2 pictures of yourself not looking at the Camera during your project or free time.
The project place
PICTURES: For this part, please take/select 2 pictures of your project’s place.
Write a paragraph (30 word maximum) about your project place: where did your project took place, name of your hosting organisation, main theme of your project...
2) To fill during the second and third weeks of your project:
The project activities
Write a paragraph (30 word maximum) about your activities in your project: what are you doing every day or during the week? Do you like it?
PICTURES: For this part,

please take/select pictures of you working in your project, front view, in action, not looking at the camera.
Free Time
Write a paragraph (30 word maximum) about your favorite souvenir in your free time (an activity you did, a place you visited, or a cultural discovery)
PICTURES: For this part, please take/ select 2 pictures of yourself not looking at the Camera in action during your free time. It will be fantastic if the picture illustrate what you’re speaking about in the paragraph ‘‘Free Time’’
Accomodation
Write a paragraph (30 word maximum) about your accomodation/ food: Where are you living? Are you living alone? Is it far from the project or the city? Do you like it?
PICTURES: For this part, please take/ select 2 pictures taken inside of your accomodation. It will be better if you appear on the picture, doing something.

3) To fill during the last week of your project: What did I learn professionally?
Write a paragraph (30 word maximum) about what you learned professionally during your project. ‘‘Professionally, I....’’
PICTURE: For this part, please take/ select 2 pictures of you in action in your project (not looking at the camera)

Write a paragraph (30 word maximum) about what you learned personally during your project. ‘‘Personally, I....’’
PICTURE: For this part, please take/ select 2 pictures of you during your social time (for example having a drink with other people).
4) Before the evaluation meeting: If you want you can send all pictures that you selected by email to raphael@everythingispossible.eu before the evaluation meeting. Send maximum 2 pictures per emails, if not it will never arrive. If you prefer you can just bring all picture for the evaluation meeting.
5) To bring for the evaluation meeting: For this meeting, please bring: - all the pictures that you selected (you should have minimum 18 pictures, but you can bring more), if you didn’t want to send them by email). * if the pictures are on a computer, please bring the pictures on a USB stick or bring your computer. * if the picture are on a camera or on a phone, please bring the camera/phone and if possible the cable to connect to a computer.
