- 1 to 30 volunteers per project - The duration of the projects: 2 to 12 months - 2 weeks to 12 months for the groups composed of at least 10 volunteers - 2 weeks to 2 months for young people with fewer opportunities - Age 17 – 30 years - Partner countries are eligible

Key Action 2: Capacity Building in the Field of Youth
• Foster co-operation and exchange between Programme and Partner countries • Improve the quality and recognition of youth-work • Allow for the development, testing and launching of programmes of non-formal learning mobility • Promote transnational mobility (targeting young people with fewer opportunities)

• Specifically linked to Vocational Education & Training (VET) systems • Facilitating labour mobility • Support for projects working on skills shortages in the workforce (which currently don’t include Circus ) • Annual Deadlines – 3rd April

• Support to strengthen Europe’s innovation capacity in higher education and business • Projects last 2-3 years • Up to €1,000,000 per partnership • Deadline – 3rd April annually
