Liam Ashcroft 17 from Wigan and studying level 1 Animal Care at Pro Co NW Ltd. I wanted the experience working abroad, learning about how to care for cats.

I have enjoyed visiting the aquarium, swimming, trying out the Maltese food, exploring the island, learning about the history and chilling out in the apartment.
I have learnt a lot about how to care for cats, about their behaviour and needs, this will assist when working with cats in the future.
I have been cleaning cat pens, litter trays and the open cat area. I have also been responsible for feeding cats, giving them treatments and carrying out health checks on the cats.
I have enjoyed sharing an apartment with Derek, Sarah and Rebecca, having our own kitchen and relaxing listening to my music.
I have learnt about how to manage money, be responsible for myself, work with new people and overcome language barriers.
