PRACTICAL INFO

Dear participant, I’m sending you some practical information about the seminar and your arrival.

Please, remember to bring with you all boarding passes, tickets and receipts. We will need them for financial purposes. ARRIVAL At your arrival in London Heathrow Airport, we will ask you to go by underground to the train station called “King’s Cross” where you will meet Raphael, who will give you the train ticket to Leeds. You will travel with other partners to Leeds, where Eva will be waiting for you. Below you can find how to arrive step by step. Æ FROM HEATHROW AIRPORT TO LONDON KING’S CROSS ‐ How to arrive to Kings Cross: From the Airport, take underground Piccadilly line (the only one from the Airport) to King’s Cross St. Pancras. The travel will be more or less one hour. ‐ Meeting point at King’s Cross Railway Station: When you arrive at the Underground Station, follow the signs to the exit called “King’s Cross” and go to the Rail Station. The meeting point it’s in front of the ticket office. See below pictures of the meeting point.

PRACTICAL INFO Æ FROM LONDON KING’S CROSS TO LEEDS ‐ Meeting point at Leeds train Station: As soon as you cross the barriers Eva will be waiting for you (do not forget to not introduce the ticket in the machine to cross the barriers, otherwise you will lose it). To cross, show your ticket to the security assistant.

PRACTICAL INFO WHAT TO BRING? •

Bring some documents about your organisation and/or previous radio experince: Posters, leaflets, electronic documents (PDF, Word document, PowerPoint) through a USB Key or DVD to present it to the rest of partners. Warm clothes, do not forget that this is England. If you need it, bring an adaptor for you electronic devices (mobile phone, laptop...) Bring with you all tickets, receipts and invoices you have related to the travel. We will let you know if there is anything else that you need to bring.

HOW TO SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT THE SEMINAR? During the seminar we will organise a Live Coverage of your activities through the Radioactive blog and our facebook and twitter account. We will be updating pictures during the seminar, so everyone from all over the world can follow our meetings and activities. So please, send the following link to your colleagues, friends and other people who may be interested by the project.
