WHY to send us Pictures, Videos, testimonies OBJECTIVE? To give to future trainee a concrete idea about the project through your testimonies and pictures.
What could you do? - Send us some twits/texts describing your volunteering/training. Explain how you feel about it. PLEASE, DO NOT USE THE WORD ‘’TRIP’’, as it is not a holiday! Rather use the words ‘’training’’, ‘’experience’’, etc - Send us pictures (see below); - Take videos (see below) that you will give to us on your return to the UK; - Interview yourself during your training (see below).
Pictures What are we interested in? -
Pictures of you, in action, at your project, not looking at the camera. No posing pictures! Pictures of the project; Pictures of the accommodation and food; Pictures around the project site.

Videos What are we interested in? Same principle as for the pictures -
Videos of you, in action, in your project, not looking at the camera; Videos of the project; Videos of the accommodation and food; Videos taken around the project.
How to make the videos? -
Shoot the videos in the same way as you take the picture: Don’t move, NO zoom, NO travelling (except on some occasion, like car); Video of 10 seconds maximum; Try to take different types of Info.

Video Interview Questionnaire for volunteers (testimony) Maximum 10 min of interview!!!

Questionnaire Tell us about yourself… (name, country/city, age, and your professional activities before the Leonardo) and how many weeks/months you have still to do till the end of your project: ‘’I’m on my last week of my project in Ghana’’ for example … How did you hear about Leonardo and why you wanted to take part and this particular project? … What did you do in your project every day? … How was your accommodation and food arranged? … Was there a language barrier? … What support did you receive before and during your project? … What did you do during your free time? … What did you learn during your project (personally and professionally)? … Would you recommend this experience to others? … What do you want to do after your Leonardo placement? …
+ What is Leonardo? Do you need skills to do it? How did you find your project? (through organisation or by yourself?) Do you think this experience will be useful for your future (Job research, CV..)?
Media Don’t forget. If a journalist wants to do an article about you, please mention that you are doing a Leonardo project coordinated by Everything is Possible and supported by ECORYS UK and the Lifelong Learning programme.
