INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN FINAL MAJOR PROJECT Nottingham Trent University

‘Identity’ Identity is a project that aims to fuse Millennials and The National Trust. This is achieved by bringing in a small group of Millennials to Clumber Park, aiming for young designers that want to make a difference and raise awareness of current world issues. This group will live on the site and collaborate to create art and design projects that challenge people’s perspectives. The project becomes a place to invest in individual futures, the future of Clumber Park, and the future of the planet.

GRAPHIC DESIGN DEGREE SHOW 2020 BRANDING Nottingham Trent University

ILLUSTRATOR INDESIGN

‘Reflect’ The graphic scheme chosen for our 2020 Degree Show, was created from large feedback across the year group. As a result the scheme is representive of the graduates of 2020. The scheme expresses the playful yet bold nature of the year group. The branding was lead by myself with the help of a small team of designers from the year group who assisted with final design decisions.

Initial Logo Ideas

REFLECT

REFLECT

REFLECT

The Chosen Logo Formed from the idea of one object reflecting in a surface, yet, due to current circumstances recognises that not all reflections are symetrical. This logo represents the how Interior Architecture and Design should push the boundaries of people’s perspectives.

REFLECT

Colour Palette Taken initally from Pantone’s Colour of the Year 2019, Coral. Using this vibrant bold colour additional colours have been chosen that enhance and contrast with the Coral. The colour palette provides flexibilty for the scheme allowing for new and different approaches by all students.

C=100 M=92 Y=13 K=2

C=54 M=0 Y=27 K=0

C=15 M=25 Y=87 K=2

The Shapes The use of curved shape forms allows for many variations of the branding to enable different interpretations of the branding across the course. The free flowing forms link to the idea of water and how water provides the most unique and changing reflections.
