We are an award-winning Tier-1 Community Housing Provider with more than 25 years’ experience. We have been a registered Specialist Disability Accommodation Provider under the National Disability Insurance Scheme since 2015.
OUR CURRENT SDA PORTFOLIO
We provide tenancy and property management for more than 300 residents across NSW, in both metropolitan and regional Local Government Areas. We offer accommodation across all levels of SDA in all types of accommodation styles. We have a 24/7 Contact Centre ready to take requests relating to maintenance and repairs to ensure that our SDA properties are wellmaintained to our quality standards.
OUR SERVICES
ADVICE ON SDA PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT
We offer advice on the design of all types of SDA properties, SDA property enrolment with the NDIA (National Disability Insurance Agency) and ongoing management of properties. We were the first SDA Provider under the Supported Accommodation Innovation Fund (SAIF) initiative to be awarded the highest Platinum Level compliance in our property design. Our team can assist with advice on construction and concept design, SDA compliance and referrals with SIL Providers.

Experienced in understanding the complexities of the NDIS framework and principles, the team supports participants, families and support partners to provide high quality SDA accommodation. Our service delivery is governed through established policies, procedures and processes to ensure quality, accountability and compliance.

DESIGN EXPERTISE
One of the many examples of our excellence in design is our partnership with Northcott to deliver a livable home design in Parramatta. This project delivers innovative supported accommodation for people with a severe or profound disability.
This property was partly funded by the Supported Accommodation Innovation Fund and meets the requirements of the Livable Housing Guidelines Platinum Level, incorporating the Universal Housing Design principles.
The design uses innovative solutions to enhance accessibility for residents, including a lift service, accommodation for support staff, adjustable toilets, adjustable kitchen bench tops, and adjustable wall cupboards.
This property was also designed to create opportunities for residents to be independent while feeling like they are part of a community. Residents can choose to live by themselves or with other people of their choosing, and there are communal outdoor areas that can be used as social meeting places.
