MINIMUM ORDER For orders less than 300 euros excluding VAT will be charged a surcharge of 8%. PRICES Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT and the material is Ex Works. TERMS OF DELIVERY The delivery will be agreed for each single order, as indicated on the order confirmation sent to the customer. The confirmation of the order will be subordinated, when agreed, to the date of receipt of payment, and from that date will start the agreed terms of delivery. Any delays in delivery will be communicated as soon as possible to the customer, the customer is not entitled to claim damages for late delivery. The goods always travel at the risk of the customer, even when the sale is agreed carriage paid. COMPLAINTS Any disputes must be submitted in writing to Omsi srl within the strict deadline of 8 days from the date of receipt of goods. No complaint will be accepted, after that date.
