West Vancouver has been Colette’s home for most of her life and she knows the community well. After graduating from the University of British Columbia with a B.A. (Honours.) and a law degree (LL.B.), Colette practised business law in Vancouver in her own firm as well as in a national firm. She cared about her clients, and was known for her professionalism, integrity and work ethic. This experience and knowledge serves her clients well today.

Throughout her professional years, Colette had a passion for real estate and design. She bought, renovated and sold a number of her own homes. She appreciates the value of acquiring a home both in the personal sense and for the investment objectives. After her career in law, Colette ran her own design and staging business. She also completed a fine art program at Emily Carr University Art & Design. Colette’s staging experience helps clients who are preparing their home for sale. Her interest in art, design and architecture add to the conversation she has with clients when they are looking for that special home.

Finding the best buyer for a home is to expose it to the largest number of potential buyers. The market dictates the amount of attention a home will receive based on its listed price.
