Selling Fee
• 7% on the first $100,000 and 2.5% on the balance of the final sales price + 5% GST
• Within that total the fee the buying and selling agent is split as so:
• Selling Side = 4% on the first $100,000 and 1.5% on the balance
• Buyers Side = 3% on the first $100,000 and 1% on the balance.
*If the buyer of your property is unrepresented by a buying Realtor you will not be charged the Buyers Side Fee Example; If you sell a home for $1,000,000 and the buyer is unrepresented you save approximately $14,400.
