Dawn’s 20 years of experience in building strategic advertising and marketing campaigns, implementing effective media placement for a number of large clients, as well as being a top producing real estate advisor for over a decade has allowed her to set the standard for sales production, client care and overall listing exposure in real estate. Her background, combined with her passion and dedication, quickly elevated her in the industry as a top producer during the recession in 2010, she’s maintained that position ever since.

The start of her real estate career began at Windermere Real Estate, where she was awarded the Missoula Organization of Realtors “New Comer of the Year” by her peers. Following this, Dawn opened her own successful real estate brokerage, Maddux Real Estate Group, in 2013. She then negotiated the sale of Maddux Real Estate Group to Glacier Sotheby’s International Realty in 2014. While at Glacier Sotheby’s, Dawn was the top producing broker and carried the largest number of listings in the company. In 2017 Dawn purchased the Engel & Völkers franchise for Western Montana and opened her first shop in the heart of Downtown Missoula. In just over four years she has strategically expanded Engel & Völkers Western Frontier to encompass 10 shops throughout the northwest, with over 115 Real Estate Advisors and staff. In 2018 Dawn was the #1 real estate broker in the state of Montana for total sales volume, selling the largest residential property in the state and brokering the largest sale on Flathead Lake in over a decade. In 2019 she was ranked #1 for Montana on the Real Trends + Tom Ferry’s list of best Real Estate Professionals in America. In 2021 she was the top producer in the Montana Regional MLS, closing over $170,000,000 in sales. She has successfully closed over a quarter billion in sales in just 11 years

Not only is Dawn active in all of the communities she works in, she makes substantial charitable contributions to many organizations. She believes that by investing in her communities, she’s contributing to their futures. Dawn and her husband Tod live primarily in Missoula, where Tod is an Interventional Cardiologist at the International Heart Institute, and spend much of their time at their lake house on Flathead Lake. Their three kids, Raleigh, Maris and William are all grown and living their dreams in Montana and California!
