Understand that according to the most recent real estate statistics, it will take an average of 147 days to sell a condominium in Key Biscayne and between 7 or 8 months to sell a single family home. In other words, in the market right now, it could take about 4 and half months or more to sell a property. So if you are planning to sell your home, plan ahead and be ready. Make sure you interview at least 3 or 4 real estate agents and hire the most qualified one.
