Let's Start With The Basics... Minimizing Office Transmission

Practice good hygiene Stop hand shakes and use non-contact greeting methods Sanitize hands at the door and schedule regular hand washing reminders Disinfect surfaces like doorknobs, tables, and desks regularly Avoid touching your face and cover your coughs and sneezes Increase ventilation by opening windows or adjusting air conditioning

PPE You must wear a mask when you leave your office You may use your own mask. If you do not have one, we will provide one for you. Please refer to page 24 on how to properly use a mask

How to walk through the office Follow all signage on the walls and the floor Follow the arrows on the ground Only leave your office for necessary reasons (not social)

Limit meetings and nonessential travel

Use video conferencing instead of face-to-face meetings

Take care of your emotional and mental well-being Outbreaks are a stressful and anxious time for everyone. Make sure to check in with yourself and others for support.

RULES OF OFFICE ENGAGEMENT

If you remember nothing else, remember the following:

WEAR A MASK

Before coming into the office, assess your health and determine if you are safe. If you or anyone in your house is feeling sick you MUST stay home and contact your manager ASAP. We encourage you to wear a mask during your commute (if taking public transit) and keep it on until you arrive in your office. You may remove your mask in your own office, but please wear your mask when in the hallways/bathroom.

BATHROOMS (FOR 102 BANK)

Each floor will have signs and arrows mapping out travel paths. Please respect the signage & walk in the prescribed directions. Visiting each others offices will not be permitted.

THE LUNCHROOM IS CLOSED

You may use the fridge to store your food, but must eat in your office and wipe the fridge handle down after use. You can use the microwave & water cooler. You must bring your own dishes and glasses. Use of the dishwasher will not be permitted. Leave your desk free of clutter at the end of each day and use the provided Lysol wipes to wipe down your desk, keyboard, & mouse. Cleaners will NOT be able to clean your desk if there is anything on it. All bathrooms will be single occupancy. If a bathroom is in use, an “occupied” sign will be on the door. Do not crowd the door. Follow the floor signage to know where to stand. Allow the person in the bathroom the opportunity to leave.

ONE PERSON IN THE ELEVATOR AT A TIME

There will be Lysol wipes throughout the office for your use at all common areas: Water cooler, photocopiers, printers etc. You are responsible for wiping down any surface you touch after use.

Please update your door sign on a weekly basis.

Please use the stairs if possible.
