Whether it’s an intimate ceremony for a smaller group of friends and family or a larger celebration for up to 200 guests, Burn Hall can guarantee you a day to remember.

Burn Hall has two licensed rooms in which you can be married. The Mulberry Suite is perfect for intimate ceremonies for up to 70 people or for larger ceremonies the Minster Suite can cater for up to 200.

End Your Special Day the Right Way… When getting married at Burn Hall Hotel we offer a complimentary stay in the Bridal Suite for you to enjoy your first night as a married couple! With 94 en suite bedrooms and two bridal Suites, there is no need to worry about accommodating your friends and family! We can reserve a number of bedrooms for your wedding party to guarantee availability. For children under the age of 12, we can accommodate z beds and travel cots for a £10 supplement. Interconnecting rooms are also available for families (subject to availability). Why not book the Suite for two nights to ensure a restful night’s sleep before pampering yourself the following morning for your big day. The lounge offers the perfect space for you and your bridesmaids to get ready. Wedding rates can be discussed with the wedding Coordinator 2nd December 2017 We had our wedding at Burn Hall on the 2nd December and we had the most amazing day! Right from the time of booking till the wedding day every detail was handled with care and the Wedding Coordinator was amazing. She’s fantastic, always there to answer any question and help in any way. On the day all the staff were fantastic, very friendly and attentive to everyone’s needs. The food was lovely, very tasty and good quality. We had one of the suites for our wedding night, the room was lovely and clean. We can highly recommend Burn Hall as a wedding venue! We can’t thank the staff enough, they made our wedding so special

Wedding Terms and Conditions

1. Confirmation of Booking A provisional booking is held for 14 days unless alternative arrangements have been agreed. A provisional booking places neither party under obligation to confirm the booking. The provisional booking will be released if we do not hear from you within 14 days. 2. Deposit and Payment A minimum deposit of ÂŁ500 is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable. A further payment of 50% of the estimated total value is payable 6 months prior to your wedding. Final details will be agreed 4 weeks before the wedding and the final payment is due at this point. In the event of a booking being made within 3 months of an event, a 50% deposit will be required unless agreed otherwise. 3. Cancellation charges In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel or postpone your confirmed booking, the hotel will make every effort to resell the space on your behalf. However we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee against the total contract business and projected spend per head. Cancellation within 25-36 weeks of the event, 50% of the total value will be charged. Cancellation between 13-24 weeks of the event, 75% of the total value will be charged. Cancellation with 0-12 weeks of the event, 100% of the total value will be charged. You have to verbally notify the hotel immediately of cancellation, postponement or partial cancellation, followed by written confirmation. Cancellation is only valid from the time of written confirmation. 4. Number of Guests You will inform the hotel of your approximate number of guests at the time of the booking. The hotel will then work out your minimum number of guests to be contracted from these numbers. Final numbers of guests must be confirmed no less than 28 days prior to the event. If final numbers are less than the contracted minimum signed for at the time of booking, the shortfall in the agreed will be charged. If attendance falls and discounts have been agreed based upon the numbers attending, the hotel reserves the right to charge full published rates. 5. Accommodation Any bedrooms held on allocation for guests will automatically be released 4 weeks prior to the event if guests have not booked them. Bedrooms included in the package are the responsibility of the bridal party to confirm, the rooms will be released 4 weeks prior to the event if not confirmed. Any discounted rates offered are subject to availability. Bookings made through third party channels may differ in price and booking terms and conditions. 6. Loss or Damage The hotel limits its liability for loss of or damage to property of guests by conspicuously displaying in accordance with section 2 (3) of the Hotel Proprietors act 1958. Should any of the guests of the client be unable to correct any aspect of their poor behaviour or activities deemed unacceptable the hotel reserves the right to terminate the contact. Should this occur no monies will be refunded to the client and the decision is final. The costs of repairing any damage caused to the property, contents or grounds of the hotel by the client or their guest must be reimbursed by the client. 7. External contractors Any external contractor must have their own public liability insurance to a minimum value of ÂŁ2 million and PAT testing for all equipment. The hotel reserves the right to refuse any externally arranged contractor that the client may have arranged and will not accept any liability for any resultant costs. 8. Miscellaneous The hotel reserves the right to amend the contract without obligations by reason of strike, lockout, fire, and restriction of deliveries or any other special circumstances beyond the control of the hotel.
