Weddings
Healing Manor is a romantic lovingly restored country house surrounded by 36 acres of beautiful Lincolnshire countryside and landscaped gardens. We are fully licensed to hold civil ceremonies in our two luxurious function rooms, The Cadogan Suite and The Barn, or you have the opportunity to hold a blessing on our moated island in the grounds. We can also hold Marquee or Tepee style wedding receptions in our gardens. The Cadogan Suite is a beautiful country house function room with high ceilings, large windows and an adjoining patio area looking over the lake and gardens. The Cadogan Suite has been tastefully decorated to suit any wedding theme and it includes a private bar for your guests. This suite can hold a wedding breakfast for up to 100 guests and will accommodate over 150 guests for your evening party. The Barn is part of our 19th century stable block conversion and it comprises of a spectacular oaked beamed wedding room with a Yorkshire flag-stoned floor and a large barn style function room. The barn is romantically rustic luxe in style using recycled materials from the original buildings. The Barn can seat up to 200 people for the wedding breakfast and you can invite over 200 guests to your evening celebrations.

Wedding Packages for Cadogan and Barn 2015 – 2016
Our most popular packages are featured in this brochure but as we are a family run business we can create bespoke packages to suit your own individual requirements and nothing is too much trouble. We are here to create your dream wedding and we can provide everything you require including food, drinks, stationery, table decorations, flowers, evening entertainment and accommodation. Within the main house there is a unique luxurious bridal suite, which comprises of two large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The bridal suite bathroom includes double sinks, roll topped bath and double shower. We also have four suites and eight double rooms for your guests. Our newly converted Kitty Crisp Suites offer romantic barn style double rooms, which lend themselves to guests attending weddings in the Barn. Healing Manor Hotel can also offer full site packages, which can include both function rooms, all bedrooms and grounds. For those of you who enjoy a sweeter life, why not have a candy cart for your evening reception? You can even opt for vintage ice cream bikes and choose your own flavoured ice creams.

We have worked with a number of photographers who can produce stunning photos of your big day. We can also accommodate photo booths for your evening guests.
Floral Delights
Centrepieces, top table flower arrangements, bridal bouquets‌ flowers can set the feel of a wedding perfectly & we can recommend some fantastic local florists to help.
Entertainment
We have an in house DJ who will make you dance until your feet hurt, but if you would prefer to have live entertainment you are more than welcome to arrange for your favourite singer or band to come and play at your wedding reception. You can also have string quartets or harpists play for your civil ceremony and wedding breakfast too.
Going Out With A Bang
Finish your big day with a big bang. We can recommend one of the best fireworks companies in the country to put on a display for you. You can even personalise the display with your initials lighting up, or set them off with the TNT detonator.

Civil Ceremonies and Partnerships
We are fully licensed to host your civil ceremony or civil partnership here at Healing Manor Hotel with a stunning ceremony setting that is hard to beat.
Booking Your Civil Ceremony
Before you can confirm your booking with Healing Manor Hotel you will have to have discussed and confirmed your specific requirements with the local registrar. As civil ceremonies and partnerships are a non-religious service, you can personalise your ceremony with readings and music of your choice. Once you have completed and secured your booking with both the registrar and Healing Manor Hotel you will then have to contact the registry office to arrange to give you legal notice of marriage. To get more information about civil ceremonies and partnerships you can contact the local register office. What Happens After You Have Booked?
Once you have booked your wedding and secured your date with a deposit payment you will receive a bridal pack in the post, which includes all of the information you will need to know about how your day will run. There are also some forms in the back to help make organising your wedding day a little easier. 9 months before your day: By now you should have chosen your wedding breakfast menu and started to send them out with the invites. From this your guests will be able to decide on what they would like to eat. 6 months before your day: Your guests should have started to get back to you with RSVP’s, including their menu choices. Start chasing up guests who haven’t confirmed so that you can start to get more of an idea of how many guests are attending. 4 months before your day: If you are having a civil ceremony start planning your music. It can sometimes be harder than you think to decide on five songs that suit you both. You should also start asking your guests who would like a room on the night of your wedding. You can use the room allocation form in your bridal pack to help. 3 months before your day: Come and see us to discuss any changes that you may have made to your package. From this we will be able to put together your final package price before you are due to come and pay your final balance. 6 weeks before your day: This is an important time as it is the cut off date for any alterations to your package. It is also the date when we need all of your paperwork in and your final balance to be paid. Within the next six weeks we will be putting together your personal itinerary and sending all of the information to the right departments for ordering. 2 weeks before your day: We will invite you back to come and see us to discuss your itinerary so that you will understand how your day will run. We will explain how the venue will be set up for your day, confirm any room bookings, suppliers, décor, etc.

Terms and Conditions for
The Cadogan Suite and The Barn
1. Any reservation of a date and time is provisional and will be confirmed only when we receive a non-refundable deposit of £500 and a signature on the terms and conditions page which guarantees your chosen date. If you are having a civil ceremony at Healing Manor Hotel we will require a copy of the registrar booking form for your file. Your date will be held without a deposit for the maximum of 14 days before it gets released. 2. When the cost of your function is agreed full payment is due 6 weeks prior to your function. Payments on account can be arranged to suit you. If required, we will agree a payment schedule with you and payments can be made by: 2.1 - monthly standing order 2.2 - direct transfer to our bank account 2.2 - cash or cheque payable to Healing Manor Hotel 2.3 - debit card 2.4 - credit card (a 2% surcharge will be applied to payments made by credit card, excluding deposits) Our bank details are: Healing Manor Hotel account number: 39064108, sort code:09-01-28. If paying direct to our bank account please quote the date of your function and married surname (eg 19/09/2015 SMITH) as a reference 3. Cancellation: Most functions (and particularly weddings) are booked months (if not years) ahead. A cancellation will almost certainly leave us with a blank date which we cannot fill and we therefore have to apply a cancellation charge. Cancellations must be made in writing to Healing Manor Hotel where the charges will be based on the following: 4. Changes to your Function: For functions with under 50 guests a room hire charge will be applied and the package price will be based on a bespoke per head basis. You can add extra guests to your agreed invoice total up to 6 weeks prior to the function date. We will give you a price for the extras and the amount agreed is payable by you in full on acceptance. There will be no reduction offered if any items in the inclusive packages are not required, including disco, chair covers and sashes, accommodation or a lower number of guests than included. (This section refers to pre-made packages only. Room hire is charged to all bespoke packages) 5. Insurance: We suggest you consider taking out insurance against the risk of having to cancel your function following the death or serious injury of a close family member. To cover cancellation costs of say £4,000 might cost around £50 (a one off payment). We are not allowed to give insurance advice but if you are interested we can point you in the right direction. 6. Healing Manor Hotel function packages are priced to include 20% VAT. Prices will increase if the rate of VAT goes up. We reserve the right to make alterations or withdrawals to services or amenities provided without notice where applicable, not directly included in the functions packages quoted. 7. All guests entering the grounds of Healing Manor Hotel must comply with all of our regulations, including licensing and health and safety. Healing Manor Hotel reserves the right to terminate any function without being liable and without a refund due to unacceptable noise levels or behaviour from guests. Damage to or non-payment for rooms by guests will be charged to the organiser on the nominated credit / debit card used on arrival.

8. Healing Manor Hotel must approve any external catering, entertainment or service that has been personally arranged by you. All external parties must have their own insurances and a full risk assessment must be carried out prior to the event. Healing Manor Hotel MUST give permission to any external party entering our grounds and reserve the right to remove any external party that has not been agreed to by us. 9. Healing Manor Hotel does not accept liability for damage or loss to any goods whilst on our grounds, including decorations, cakes, equipment and personal items. 10. Our gardens can provide a perfect backdrop for photo opportunities and outdoor functions, however this can be dependent on the weather. Healing Manor Hotel does not accept liability for damage to marquees or injuries caused due to adverse weather. Healing Manor Hotel reserves the right to cancel a function at anytime if we feel the safety of your guests is at risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while in our gardens. 11. For bespoke packages children under the age of 3 at the time of the function will be free of charge. Children between the ages of 3 and 12 will charged at half price. Children aged 13 or above will be charged at the full adult amount.
