The Britannia Leeds Bradford Hotel is located in the leafy village of Bramhope, surrounded by beautiful grounds against the backdrop of the stunning Yorkshire Dales. It is the perfect location to celebrate your special day alongside family and friends. Whatever your wedding day requirements, our devoted Wedding Co-Âordinator will look after you from the moment you step through the doors to see the venue for the first time, to the moment you leave as a married couple. Here at the Britannia Leeds Bradford Hotel, we really do care about you and promise that we will look after you every step of the way. Whether you want an intimate occasion or a Ceremony and Wedding Breakfast for up to 100 guests, we will make sure you get everything you wish down to the tiniest detail.
Exclusively Yours‌ Our dedicated function suite will guarantee your day will only be about you. The Bramhope can seat up to 100 for the Wedding Breakfast, overlooking the grounds, it is the perfect setting for your day. You will also have exclusive use of the private bar, reception area and patio, a perfect place for guests to enjoy their welcome drink.
The Ceremony The Britannia Hotel is licensed to hold civil ceremonies so whether you would like a small, intimate ceremony or a larger ceremony with up to 100 guests you are sure to find the perfect space. It is your responsibility to check the availability of the Leeds Registry Office and arrange the date and time for the registrar to perform your ceremony at the hotel.
The Grounds The Britannia Leeds Bradford Hotel has three acres of grounds perfect for photographs. Get lost in the woodlands next to the hotel or in Spring time take a magical photo beneath the Cherry blossom in its full glory, or why not take a stroll up to the beautiful Puritan Chapel that sits in a peaceful garden on the entrance to the hotel.

Our experienced Chefs have created delicious menus for each of our packages, and to ensure the smooth running of your day, we ask you to choose one item from each course. Our packages are based on 50 day guests, should your guests exceed this number, we can of course add them with a supplement charge.

Once the speeches and formalities are over, you can relax with a drink and catch up with friends and family whilst our team convert the Bramhope Suite for the evening reception. Guests can enjoy the evening buffet, private bar and with last orders at half past midnight you have all evening to celebrate!

If Your Guests Would Like To Stay… The Britannia Leeds Bradford Hotel has 137 en-suite bedrooms and offers excellent preferential Bed & Breakfast rates to guests attending your wedding. Guests can choose from a single room up to a family room for 4. We also have interconnecting rooms, a perfect size for the Bride and her bridesmaids to spend the night before and the morning of. Wedding guests can also take advantage of our Spindles Gym & Spa they can enjoy a relaxing swim followed by a few minutes in the sauna.
Details… Here are a few bits to consider when organising your wedding celebration at the Britannia Leeds Bradford Hotel. Setting the date is the most important, this will be determined by the availability of the church, registrar or the reception venue.

Organise an appointment with the Wedding Coordinator. The Events Office opening hours are Monday-Friday 9am until 5pm however we can arrange an appointment for out of office hours if it suits you best. We can provisionally hold a booking for you for up to two weeks after which we will require a deposit of just £500 (non refundable and non returnable) to secure your date. Once the deposit is received, we will confirm the booking to you and provide our terms and conditions attached to the wedding contract which you will be required to sign, the wedding contract will be used as a working document throughout the planning process of your big day. There are no strict terms or limits to which you can pay off your wedding, all that we ask is for the full balance to be paid off no later than two week before your wedding. We will make an appointment with you one month prior to your wedding to finalise menus, drinks packages and numbers to make sure everything is set.

Why choose Ollievision? City and guilds qualified any design can be created be it traditional or contemporary, hand made sugar flowers or novelty figures we can do it all. We offer a variety of flavours together with glutton, egg or dairy free cakes. Tin and stand hire is also available. A judge for the British Sugarcraft Guild a demonstrator and a further education tutor I have a wealth of experience to design and create a celebration cake just for you.
