Our devotion drives us to an unending search of knowledge to stay ahead of the curve The Excentric Dreamteam is required to attend weekly in-salon training, where they learn Sassoon cutting, Wella Master Colour, and Redken procedures. In addition, we participate in courses both locally and globally to keep our competitive edge Our assistant team, analogous to "stylists in the making," goes through our complete 1-year in-salon training before graduating to stylists, all while being mentored by a nurturing mentor. We use our diverse skill sets to create a look that is unique to you. Sharing information is essential; Flo works on Wella's education team, Leandi is a Redken Artist, and we hold foreign academies for local stylists.
