AFTERWORK AT BOHO CLUB

The property has already undergone a huge transformation over the past five months, after a major investment to restore it to its previous glory:

● Clearing and flattening of the entire site. Over 50 trucks of waste were removed.

● Renovation of the buildings: roofs, walls, electricity, plumbing, drainage.

● Professional studio for the Golf Federation of Andalusia and Golf Fitting.

● New car park with 40 parking spaces.

● The irrigation system has been repaired.

● The hitting bays have been repaired, repainted and reinforced.

● The hitting bays on the far side of the site have been repaired to be used for the children’s and adults’ academy.

● New artificial grass throughout the site.

● New, high-quality mats.

● 2 new ball machines, connected to reception.

● 60,000 new golf balls.

● New targets.

● New protection nets along the range, as well as nets ordered to protect the putting and pitching areas.

● Complete renovation of the reception area.

● New lighting to permit evening games.

● New maintenance machines to pick up balls, cut the grass and maintain the grounds.

OTHER FEATURES:

● Restaurant “The Green”, which has been completely renovated, and was reopened on 1/8/2022. It is open every day and serves healthy food, from breakfast till late lunch. With great views over the golf course, it serves as a gathering place for families with children. Children’s games are available so that the little ones have fun too.

● We have signed an agreement with CostaSpine, a comprehensive Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Fitness and Massage Service, to deal with the prevention and treatment of sports and other injuries.

● An outstanding manual CarWash in the car park.

● As of a few days ago, we have the Vega Truck on site to offer Professional Fitting and repairs.

● 10 staff members have been hired to make sure the property is at its best,

● 7 days a week, from 8:30-21:00h.

This prime property is owned by Marbella City Council. Originally developed 25 years ago, it was the first and best golf course in Marbella. However, when we took it over, the property had seriously deteriorated. Most of it was abandoned and served as a local dumping ground; several buildings had been occupied by squatters, others were dilapidated. In short, the whole property was in a terrible state of neglect.
