The world’s leading brand Engel & Völkers opens its sixth office in Marbella to deal with the high demand for premium properties, which registers record figures.

The luxury real estate market in Marbella is experiencing an unprecedented boom. For two consecutive years, Engel & Völkers Marbella has closed with record sales, the total sales volume for 2022 exceeds €592 million euros including €212 million euros of sales in new developments. The most expensive resale was a villa worth €21 million euros.

Due to the urgent need to expand, Engel & Völkers has announced the opening of a sixth office in Marbella, opposite the Marbella Club Hotel. The main objective for the new office is to provide an exclusive service to their high-end clients who come from all over the world due to their strong Engel & Völkers network.
