THE COMPLETE END TO END SOLUTION Exigo, established in 1995, has maintained a solid industry reputation for innovative design concepts, structural reliability and biomechanical accuracy. In total we manufacture over 300 products suitable for any commercial environment. This includes single station-selectorised machines as well as specialty free weight training equipment, lifting platforms, functional training rigs, unrivalled storage solutions and an entire range of boxing equipment. We are extremely proud to be able to supply some of the leading International distributors of commercial fitness and gym equipment. MANUFACTURING EXCELLENCE DESIGN / DEVELOPMENT / INNOVATION Our in house designers have access to the latest high end 3D CAD Design Software which delivers powerful design functionality with the intuitive user interface to speed the design process. This allows the seamless transition of new ideas into great innovative products. We constantly strive to enhance our products, monitor fitness trends and patterns, with the aim of maintaining our position at the forefront of the fitness manufacturing sector.

QUALITY CONTROL All of our products are subject to rigorous in house testing, including strength and load testing, this ensures they are fit for purpose and function to meet the demands and expectations of our customers. Here at Exigo our procedures ensure that our in house manufactured products or performed service adheres to a defined set of quality criteria and meets the requirements of our clients.

INVESTMENT IN MANUFACTURING In 2015, Exigo teamed up with The Manufacturing Advisory Service (MAS), part of the Business Growth Service, a government backed service offering support to businesses with the capabilities to develop and grow. Weâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;re working on the ground with management teams to plan long-term strategies, improve processes, bring new products to market and develop supply chains, with the aim of enhancing the customer experience. With our new in house box manufacturing facilities we are able to create the ideal packaging for all our products. Improving product protection and eliminating excess waste. Our products are now designed to ship flat packed, creating the opportunity for multi-unit shipments with greatly reduced shipping volume. INDUSTRY STANDARDS Since June 2014 Exigo has attained ISO 9001:2008 certification. This is a standard based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement. Exigo maintains a reputation for some of the highest standards of design, innovation and development in the fitness, boxing and functional training arenas. We share our passion for excellence in quality and customer service. Exigo are certified - ISO 9001:2008, ISO 209571:2013, EN957-2:2003, EN957-4:2006+A1, ISO 9227:2012, the highest level of classification for commercial training facilities. All new products developed and innovated by Exigo are based on the requirements of the current legislation and standards surrounding ISO EN20957 and EN957 for stationary training equipment, strength training equipment and supplementary requirements for stationary training benches.
