Toronto, ON - EXIT Realty Corp. International recently announced the expansion of EXIT Realty Upper Midwest to include Colorado, Indiana, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and Wyoming.
The region, also comprised of Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, Illinois, and Michigan, is currently home to more than 100 brokerages. Its dynamic leadership team includes Regional Owner, Bill Pankonin and his son, Cade Pankonin, Chief Financial Officer and Regional Director. This expansion paves the way for one of the company’s most successful regional owners to expand the company’s footprint even further.

Thrilled to extend the EXIT Realty family even more, EXIT Realty Corp. International also announced that Regional Owners, Kathy and Troy Dooley are taking on leadership roles for EXIT in the states of Arkansas and Oklahoma.
The Dooley's along with Director of Operations, Franke Joehl, have experienced exceptional growth and development in both Alabama and Mississippi, having expanded their EXIT Realty Alabama & Mississippi footprint to almost 60 markets across both states.
