2024 RISMEDIA NEWSMAKERS & INMAN AWARD WINNERS

Veteran industry news organization, RISMedia, recently announced its 7th Annual Real Estate Newsmakers, recognizing those making headlines for all the right reasons. Of the 300 honorees making this prestigious list, several of EXIT Realty's own graced various categories:

Hall Of Fame

Tami Bonnell, EXIT Co-Chair, was inducted into the Newsmaker Hall of Fame, receiving their Real Estate Leadership Award just last year in recognition of her decades-long commitment to innovation and blazing new paths to success for consumers and professionals alike.

Influencers

Craig Witt, EXIT’s U.S. CEO was recognized in this category, along with Associate Broker, Marki Lemons-Ryhal of EXIT Strategy Realty in Chicago, IL, saying, “There’s a reason so many are joining our privately-held brand, and it’s because we put our people before profits.” Marki is a testament to this, as is her ranking, in recognition of her ReMarkiTable work as a speaker, an author, and educator teaching over half a million students and writing hundreds of real estate continuing education classes.

Achievers

Four more of EXIT’s top leaders grace this category. Erika Gileo, EXIT’s COO, who said, “The most rewarding part of my career with EXIT Realty is getting to know our regional and franchise leaders and our associates personally, and seeing the impact that our unique Formula has made towards bettering their lives."

Three such Regional Owners, Troy and Kathy Dooley of EXIT Realty South Central and Bill Pankonin of EXIT Realty Upper Midwest ranked alongside her, all of whom are leading some of the fastest growing, and most successful regions in the brand.

Crusaders

Broker/Owner, Anthony Domathoti of EXIT Realty Premium says that being a catalyst for positive change in the communities he serves is a deeply fulfilling aspect of his work, and for all he continues to do championing in this regard placed him among RISMedia’s Crusader rankings. Engaging in RPAC and legislative advocacy work has allowed him to shape real estate policy and protect property rights for both his clients and the broader community.

Joining her in the Marketing All-Stars category for a consecutive year are EXIT’s VP of Digital Marketing, Samantha Morris and Associate Broker, Marki Lemons Ryhal of EXIT Strategy Realty in Illinois. Influencers in their own right, both lead the way in telling EXIT’s story, while building the brand and its reputation across the digital space.
