Since 2008, EXIT Prestige Luxury Realty has been specializing in the listing and selling of Commercial and Residential Properties, in, a HOA/COA/POA management. Management Fee To provide the services herein contemplated or as provided by the contract between ourselves will be 10% of the gross monthly rent collected each month.

Move Out Process • • • • • •

Fill out a thorough Move Out Inspection. Create a “scope of work” on what will be needed to turn around the unit. Take pictures during the walk through. After assessing repairs, determine what is normal “wear and tear.” Determine charges to deduct from Tenants Security Deposit. Mail security deposit check and letter to forwarding address within 30 days of move out.

Turn Around Process • Once the “scope of work” and work orders have been created, repairs and maintenance are scheduled. • Once all work is completed, the unit/property is cleaned, and a “final walk-through” is completed. • Once “tenant ready,” we market the unit for attracting new tenants.

In 2018, Tashia was awarded “Brand Ambassador” by EXIT Realty of Mississippi. She was also presented the coveted “EXIT Spirit” award for North America by EXIT Realty Corp International. Her expertise and knowledge of condominiums catalyzed her to sell in excess of $20 Million Dollars in Real Estate before turning 27 years old. In 2008, Tashia successfully opened her own independent real estate brokerage.
