Tashia McGinn is a licensed professional real estate Broker on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. She owns and operates her property management company: Prestige Luxury Rentals and three EXIT Prestige Luxury Realty offices located in Biloxi, Pass Christian and Pascagoula, MS. In 2018, Tashia was awarded “Brand Ambassador” by EXIT Realty of Mississippi. She was also presented the coveted “EXIT Spirit” award for North America by EXIT Realty Corp International.

Her expertise and knowledge of condominiums catalyzed her to sell in excess of $20 Million Dollars in Real Estate before turning 27 years old. In 2008, Tashia successfully opened her own independent real estate brokerage.

Tashia has a passion for people and it emulates in everything she does. She has perfected the gift of using her story to distract, dispute and inspire others.

Tashia firmly believes, that her exponential growth that her brokerages continually experience, is a true testament of her team’s hard work, drive and commitment to serve. A dedicated team-leader and client relations advocate. Her experience within the Customer Service and Administrative fields extends over 20 years. Her position as Client Relations Director within a global e-commerce-based company afforded her the opportunity to travel to Hong Kong and China in order to train and develop new staff members of the client relations department.

Having the ability to work through language barriers, systemic issues and learning curves sets her apart from others. She hosts a wealth of knowledge in all things relating to office management, human resources and both training and facilitation.

Having the opportunity to work within the real estate field has allowed her to utilize her organization and attention to detail skillsets to the best of her ability. Managing between 60-75 agents, within an ever-growing brokerage is no small fete and she does so with ease and poise. Her goal is to create an office of transparency and team-work.

She is exceptional in her ability to cultivate comradery and collaboration within the office. Communication is key, and she does her best to relay pertinent office information to our agents in a timely manner.

Kayla brings with her years of property management experience for all property types. Currently she serves as the companies Executive Team but is transitioning into serving the Real Estate Division too.
