EXOS was founded in 1999 as a refuge for elite athletes to provide integrated support, including training, nutrition, and physical therapy, from a team of multidisciplinary specialists. THE NFL OFFSEASON PROGRAM AT EXOS IS BROKEN UP INTO THREE PHASES TO HELP ATHLETES RECOVER FROM THE SEASON AND PREPARE FOR MINICAMPS AND TRAINING CAMPS.

FEATURES A COMPREHENSIVE FOUNDATIONAL STRENGTH, POWER, AND MOVEMENT PROGRAM GEARED TOWARD ACTIVE RECOVERY AFTER THE LONG SEASON, AS WELL AS BUILDING A BASE LEVEL OF CONDITIONING TO PREPARE FOR THE MORE INTENSE

BUILDS ON PHASE 1 AND FOCUSES ON PREPARING ATHLETES FOR THE RIGORS OF THEIR TEAM’S MINICAMP. TO PREPARE FOR THIS, ATHLETES TAKE PART IN A MORE ADVANCED STRENGTH AND POWER PROGRAM AND START TO FOCUS THEIR MOVEMENT SKILLS ON BUILDING

OPTIMIZES ATHLETES’ WORK CAPACITY, MOVEMENT QUALITY, SPEED, AND AGILITY CAPABILITIES RELATED TO THEIR RESPECTIVE POSITIONS ONCE THEY RETURN FROM MINICAMP. AT THE END OF THIS PHASE, THEY WILL BE IN TOP SHAPE AND

PHASES TO COME. MOBILITY, PAIN MANAGEMENT, AND GENERAL CONDITIONING ARE THE FOCUS IN THIS PHASE.

TO GET MAXIMUM RESULTS, EACH ATHLETE RECEIVES INDIVIDUAL TRAINING AND NUTRITIONAL STRATEGIES TO HELP GAIN AN ADVANTAGE OVER THE COMPETITION. TO GET STARTED, ATHLETES PARTICIPATE IN PERFORMANCE SCREENINGS. USING THE RESULTS OF THESE TESTS, COACHES CUSTOMIZE SMALL-GROUP AND ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING SESSIONS TO STRENGTHEN PARTICULAR AREAS OF WEAKNESS AND INSTABILITY WHILE BUILDING OVERALL STRENGTH, SPEED, POWER, AND AGILITY.
