We can confirm that we have now completed the switch of suppliers, and have purchased the Bulk LPG storage tank from your previous supplier. Our Engineering Team will visit in the near future to re-brand the tank and perform the required safety checks. If access is restricted, please contact us so we can arrange a suitable time to visit. This welcome pack contains all the information required to make this transition period as trouble free as possible, enclosed is: Your supply contract will be sent to you separately by DocuSign. It is important that this is completed; otherwise the negotiated terms will not be honoured, and will exclude the tank from our public liability insurance cover until the competed agreement has been received by our office. Your Online Account Extrafuel is a dedicated online LPG supplier, providing low and transparent pricing across the country. This is achieved by customers self managing their accounts online. There are many benefits to managing your Extragas account online - view and print invoices, settle outstanding balances and place orders for LPG. Remember - if you select â&#x20AC;&#x2DC;Order and Pay Nowâ&#x20AC;&#x2122; you save 1p per litre. About your tank Although your tank is a simple pressure vessel, there are certain features we need to explain about your LPG vessel. The contents guage is one of the most important items on the tank. We do not wish you to run out of gas and should you do so we will arrange a fill as soon as we possibly can. However, if you do allow the tank to run out and require an urgent delivery there would be a charge. Below are three illustrations to explain when you should order your gas.

Emergency procedures If under any circumstances you smell gas or spot a leak we suggest the following procedure: Turn off all appliances Do not smoke or use any naked flame and electrical equipment nearby Go to the emergency shutoff valve and turn off (see picture A) Turn isolation valve off on tank (see picture B or C) Call the emergency telephone number (located at the emergency shut off valve) If there is a leak/smell of gas inside the premises open doors and windows to ventilate

Direct Debit Fixed If you would prefer to spread the cost of your annual bill over the year then we can arrange a specified amount to be taken each month from your account. We estimate your annual usage and tailor payments to suit. For this method the work initial invoice(s) must be paid in full.
