This is an example of Maritime Sailor’s Folk Art at its best! This rare piece dates back to the late 1800s. I would think that it shows just about every knot one would need to secure anything that needs to stay put at sea. It has a beautifully aged patina that only time can create. You won’t find a better antique nautical display. Only my wife can tie a better knot to hold someone in place… trust me. Available at Pardeeville Antique Mall, located at 103 Industrial Drive, Pardeeville, WI. They are open 7 days a week, 10am-4:30pm.
