• 7 Ice Cubes • 1 cup Coconut Milk (unsweetened, from a carton) • 2 tbsp. Peanut Butter • 2 tbsp. SF Torani Salted Caramel • 1/4 tsp. Xanthan Gum • 1 tbsp. MCT Oil

PEANUT BUTTER CARAMEL MILKSHAKE

THE EXECUTION

1. In a blender, add 7 Ice Cubes, 1 cup Coconut Milk, 2 tbsp. Peanut Butter, 2 tbsp. SF Torani Salted Caramel, 1/4 tsp. Xanthan Gum, and 1 tbsp. MCT Oil. I’m using a Ninja Blender with Mini Ninja Attachment. 2. Blend everything together for 1-2 minutes or until consistency is where you want it. It should be slightly thickened with a nice hint of crushed ice running through it. 3. Pour it into a glass and serve! I broke this into 2 snack-sized servings with a small sprinkle of cocoa powder on top for presentation.
