SESSION AND OUR VISION

As a motto of our session, we chose:

“Seeking inspiration in the heart of Europe”

With today’s world flooded with misinformation, the future of Europe is shrouded in mystery. Our focus during this session is to shine light on current humanitarian and culture-based topics, which, in the end of the day, affect all of us. We aim to inform about these topics, therefore debunking common misconceptions and promoting active citizenship. We believe that it is the youth’s turn to take initiative and have its voice heard. With our common theme with the sister RSC being: “Raising the future of Europe”, we believe that the best place to start shaping the European future is from its heart, in both symbolical and geographic point of view.

About Us

The two of us first met during the NSC in Pardubice last Spring, which was 
 the first time both of us organised a session! However, because of 
 Karel’s absence during the first Organisers’ Weekend, our friend-
 ship developed more during the session itself. We bonded 
 through our unrefined sense of humour, work style and care 
 for others. After the session, we both agreed that we wanted 
 to continue our individual organising work and develop it even 
 further. Fast forward a few months and we are head-organising
 a session together!

Adam: My first-ever EYP experience came in 2021 at the 2nd Digital 
 National Selection Conference of EYP CZ. Ever since then, I had the 
 opportunity to be a part of several organising and academic teams and have experienced sessions from more perspectives. I have fallen for EYP’s unique atmosphere and this strange ability to bond with people in such a short time, which can result in friendships for life. Outside of EYP I have spent most my free time doing sports, such as ice-hockey and volleyball. I also enjoy a good movie, computer game or just hanging out with my friends and family.

Karel: My EYP career started at the 7th Regional Selection Conference of EYP CZ Tábor 2019. I have immediately fallen in love with the concept of EYP and it has developed me in countless ways over the years My path in the Officials’ field has consisted of working in the Media Team and in the Organising Team Since I have always witnessed the unique atmosphere and countless friendships each EYP session creates, it is my goal to prepare an event which will allow others to experience the same amazing things as I have Apart from EYP, I do various sports and focus on my selfdevelopment, when I feel productive The rest of my time is spent by watching movies or TV series, playing some computer games or spending time with my closest people.
