WHAT IS THE TRAINING AND ALUMNI DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL? The EYP Training and Alumni Development Council (TADC) is a group of EYPers passionate about training, coordinating activities of the EYP Academy. The EYP Academy has been established in 2010 as a result of strategy set in place by BNC and GB. The EYP Academy strives to systematically improve training competences in EYP in order to better transmit knowledge from generation to generation and raise the academic level and development potential of our events. (EYP Policy §18.1.15) The List of Trainers is open for all EYPers interested in trainings (§18.1.4), while the Pool of Trainers consists of EYPers with training competence and experience (§18.1.9).

TRAINING FOR EYP TRAINERS (T4ET) 2014 "Last year at T4ET I learned far more than I had imagined in a training capacity and benefited more than I anticipated personally. A diverse and ever-interesting mix of methods were used throughout the course maintaining a sense of curiosity, mystery, fun and understanding that opened me to different ways of training, teaching and moderating." Participant, T4ET 2010 After three successful T4ETs (Finland 2010, Latvia 2011 and Ukraine 2012), this year’s T4ET will take place in Estonia, in Käsmu from the 17th - 24th August 2014. The project is head-organised by Anna-Helena Saarso and EYP-Estonia, with the support of the Training and Alumni Development Council, as well as the EYP Office. For any questions or information, please contact Anna and Maria at t4et2014@gmail.com and visit the T4ET Facebook page. Training for EYP Trainers (T4ET) is a week-long intensive residential training on the skills, attitudes and knowledge necessary to confidently and professionally plan, run and evaluate a training.
