Pupa Garvey and Mama Africa August 2,1920 Marcus Garvey, aka the Black Moses of his time, introduced his “Back To Africa” program to New York City, USA. The program, which was a part of the World’s largest African American organization - United Negro Improvement Association (UNIA)- , was aimed at repatriating Blacks to their homeland of Africa with the use of three black-owned ships.

Bombs Away! August 3,1914 German troops, already at war with Russia, passed through neutral Belgium as the country declared war on France. Its invasion of Belgium triggered Britain’s declaration of war against Germany. This wasWorldWar 1, a war no world leader anticipated would last 4 years.

40 Years of “Blood and Fire” August 4, 2002 British television station BBC Two aired a documentary titled “Blood and Fire” examining Jamaica’s 40 years of independence. Creep chromatic Nationality:

Jamaica

Profession:

Entertainer / DJ

Where would you say the Chromatic team has had the most fun? Overall I’d say we’ve had the most fun in Canada. Wherever we go it really boils down to who we’re around and how much fun they are. I won’t go into details but Canada is in the lead at the moment.

Name your favourite country you’ve spent a weekend in and describe what you did?

London - For the first time we (Me and Niko) went on the road without the assistance of any promoters or friends. The weather was great, we took the train and went shopping and sightseeing, tourist stuff.

As a disc jockey, you’ve performed in several countries. Which two would you say you’ve had the best experiences in? Miami and Canada

Where’s your biggest fanbase, apart from Jamaica? North America and Canada

Have you been to any famous monuments? If yes, where?

Haven’t gotten the chance to actually visit or enter any of them but I always manage to spot them from afar, sometimes even from the plane lol.

Which country are you dying to visit and why?

Dubai, because it just looks like something from a dream. Ever since I discovered it online a few years ago I’ve been intrigued by their wealth and ridiculous architecture, the houses, malls, theme parks, everything they do is outside the box, and not to mention the exotic cars they have driving around like its no big deal, OIL MONEY!
