Forming & Catering Equipment Ltd. has developed automation systems for forming meatball and automatically placing them in to trays thereby making production more cost efficient and hygienic.
As a basic description, it consists of a separate feeding a portioning device that evenly portions mix into our multi chamber forming tool. This system of forming opens up an entirely new area in shaped food. Shapes that were previously impossible to make such as true prawn shapes, pyramid shape, cone shapes, animal shapes etc. are now formable using this new technique. This advanced technology opens up possibilities for new products to be introduced to the market. The concept is now in patent pending and therefore we can introduce the technique to you.
