Year: 2014 Author & Developer: Arch. Fabiola De Los Rios Project to obtain the European official aproval in Architecture by the Spain Department of Education 4500 sqm
The site has a privileged location right on the Guadalquivir river, between San Telmo Bridge and the mythical Triana district. One of the design premise will be to take advantage of the privileged views and also to include vegetation in order to create a smooth transition between the river and the new building which will be designed without ostentation, and also will generate a synchronization between the own personality of Triana district with a clear architectural language of the project.
