Comprehensive masterplan for a mixed-use development located in the outskirts of Reims, France adjacent to the newly built high speed rail terminal. The high speed connecting Reims with Paris in 45 minutes, the proposed extension of the light rail and the proximity with the city core, make this site a valuable area to develop.

TRANSIT ORIENTED DEVELOPMENTS (KENITRA, OUJDA, FES, KSAR-EL-KEBIR and TAZA MOROCCO)
2008-2009 These projects were part of a program of rail improvement and reconfiguration that the government of Morocco initiated in 2007. These five stations and their surroundings are expected to heavily transform in the next decade. During a few months, I worked in a multidisciplinary team that studied and analyzed the site and its context before to propose a comprehensive masterplan of the 5 areas.

These maps and diagrams are part of a feasibility study for a multi-modal station and a long-term rail-yard rationalization. In this study several parameters (accessibility, availability of land, housing market, demographic and socio-economic variables, natural and built environment) have been analyzed at different scales in order to determine the best configuration of the multimodal terminal and the possibility of a new development.
