To secure your appointment a 50% non-refundable deposit may be required at time of booking. Please give at least 24 hours' notice should you wish to cancel your appointment as courtesy to our therapists and other clients. Giving us this notice will enable us to reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time. Missed appointments will be charged at the full treatment cost.
Gift Vouchers are available to buy at reception, over the phone or via our website. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from issue date. Gift vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Please leave plenty of time for your treatment so you can enjoy it. Late arrivals will result in shorter treatments. We request that all new clients arrive 10 minutes early so a consultation can be carried out. As a courtesy to other clients and to further enhance your own relaxation at La Belle, we request that mobile phones are switched off during your time with us. La Belle cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items. Please ensure you retrieve all your valuables before leaving the salon.
Children To respect the relaxing environment we wish to create and to comply with current health and safety regulations, we kindly request that children and babies are not brought into the salon. We cannot treat minors under the age of 14 years in the salon. Basic beauty treatments can be applied to minors between the ages of 14-16 years as long as a parent or guardian is present to sign a consent form.
Payment We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards. We do not accept cheques. Prices may be subject to change without notice.
Courses All courses must be paid in full at time of booking and completed within 6 months. Courses are non-refundable and non-transferable. Missed appointments will result in treatments deducted from your course.
Refunds & Exchanges We are sure you will be completely happy with your treatment and service you receive at La Belle. However if you're not completely satisfied, please contact the Salon Manager within 48 hours after having the treatment and we will do all we can to resolve the problem. Please note that all treatments are non-refundable. We offer a wide range of products that are available to purchase in the salon or via our website. If you're not satisfied with any product please return within 7 days of purchase. Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from La Belle. We will not exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
