CELEBRATING A MILESTONE

Porsche Centre Bahrain, the official importer and distributor of Porsche vehicles in the Kingdom, debuted the highly anticipated Taycan electric car as part of the 75th anniversary celebrations of the iconic brand. The launch event was held at the Dome at Bahrain International Circuit and was attended by Porsche enthusiasts, media, automotive experts and guests. Mark Price, Brand Manager, commented: "We are excited to launch the all-new Porsche Taycan in Bahrain, a revolutionary electric car that sets new standards in performance, technology and design. The Taycan represents the future of Porsche, and we are thrilled to bring this groundbreaking vehicle to our customers in Bahrain."

The Porsche Taycan is the first fully electric sports car from Porsche, and it features an advanced electric powertrain that delivers up to 761hp and a range of up to 500km. The Taycan's cutting-edge technology and outstanding performance make it one of the most exciting and innovative electric vehicles available in the market today.

The launch event also featured a celebration of Porsche's diamond jubilee, Festival Of Dreams. It commemorated the marque’s journey so far, honouring their courage to make big dreams come true, starting from a rear-engine sports car to this all-electric one. The event offered a platform for these dreams, displaying models including the iconic 911 GT3 (Type 996), and the 911 Turbo (Type 964), which showcased the brand's rich heritage and evolution over the years. Visitors were able to appreciate the attention to detail and the passion that goes into every Porsche vehicle, from the classic creations to the latest innovations. The guests were also entertained with live music, acrobatic-style performances and activities for the whole family. ✤
