EDITOR’S LETTER

During the Holy Month we have provided a round-up of some fashion favourites for you as well as a whole host of skin care, hair and beauty secrets for you to enjoy whilst we are still indoors. We are also super thrilled to land an exclusive interview with the biggest name in the beauty industry at the moment with none other than Charlotte Tilbury herself! With four “official” seasons (fall, spring, resort, and pre fall) and several arbitrary ones in between, the fashion calendar is pretty much impossible to keep up with. Even when you feel like you’ve finally figured out your wardrobe, that period is over, and there’s a whole new round of trends to account for. And for Muslim women who dress modestly, there’s also Ramadan to consider, but, as always we have you covered. This time always loans time to reflection and I’ve found myself contemplating what I want from my life and career. Not to mention, social distancing which has forced me out of my comfort zone in so many ways. Alone we can do so little, but together, we can do so much! Even the smallest human encounters are special and I’ve found that I’m getting closer to loved ones and catching up with family more. Even though guiding my parents through the realms of video calling and the 21st century has proved interesting at times, it just shows how resilient we all can be when we are in this together.
